Are 6ft wide greenhouses only available with single sliding doors?

The majority of 6ft wide greenhouses come in a single sliding door configuration due to their size. However, some freestanding and lean-to greenhouses do have double doors.

What sizes of 6ft wide greenhouses do you offer?

We sell greenhouses from 2ft long right up to 14ft long, giving you a great range to choose from.

Are your 6ft greenhouses wheelchair accessible?

What is the maximum size greenhouse without planning permission?

In most cases, you don't need planning permission for a greenhouse as long as it meets certain criteria. However, planning permission may be necessary if:

  • The greenhouse is taller than the permitted height or occupies over half of the area of land around the original house.
  • It’s on designated land, such as in National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, etc.
  • You live in a listed building. 
  • You live in a conservation area - this varies from place to place so always consult local guidelines first.
