Three weekends of hard slog were almost over when gardener John Watson came to fit the sliding doors on his new aluminium greenhouse. "Then to my utter horror I discovered that I had built the base wrongly so the doors were at the back instead of the front. It meant dismantling the whole lot" John tells Crusader.
He called the supplier, Greenhouses Direct. Their adviser Bill Campbell came to his rescue. "He said he could send a part which meant I could adapt the front with a runner" says John from Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
The part arrived two days later and Bill was at the end of the phone line while he attached the new fitting."He was eager to help and solved many problems. Greenhouses Direct deserve a medal for such professional after-sales attention," declares John.
